Domain-Specific Representations in the KBSA Concept Demo

Gui Cabral, Michael DeBellis

Abstract

The use of domain-specific knowledge in development environments can help increase the developer's productivity and reusability of the specifications. Domain-specific representations can make formal specification languages more usable by the average developer, and therefore raise the acceptability of KBSA-type systems. This paper describes on-going research in the KBSA Concept Demonstration project to create specification representations customized to particular domains.
